Shipments to mainland Portugal take up to 3 working days (Monday to Friday) and Islands 7 to 15 days, counting from the date of shipment of the order.
For international shipments, the delivery time can be 4 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday), depending on the destination and the shipping company indicated.
As soon as the order is delivered to the transport services, the Customer will receive an SMS or an email with the order tracking number. We are not responsible for possible delivery delays caused by shipping services.
In case the customer receives the order in bad condition at the time, he will have to sign with reservation (for example, indicating the packaging flaws).
